My adventures with the Realize gastric band and search for a more passionate life!
Wow, well done, 80lb's is a major achievement! You should be so proud of yourself.
Jen I loved your vlog! I have only lost 39lb but that means I can shop in the entire shop now not just the plus size part. Albeit the top end of the normal stuff but I too forund it overwhelming. I am so used to just ignoring all the other clothes and just have 2 rails to choose from.Well done on the 80lb lost you need to do a much bigger/louder whoot woo for that. You look great, and you have fantastic cheek bones.
Hey Jen.. I loved watching your vlog (great job). 80LBS is tremendous.. you should be proud.. and LOL about the jeans falling off. .uh yeah.. time to get new jeans.Hmm.. I wonder if I took you for a trip to some of our east coast outlet malls if that would change your mind about shopping..maybe??Hope you are coming to CHI.. would love to meet you.. Your comments about options and things changing struck a chord with me.. I too have had this creep into my life.. but am too chicken to face it straight on..
You are beautiful in the pictures I've seen on your blog, but seeing you "live" you are stunning. I can't even imagine what shopping will be like. I've gotten to the point where I do my shopping on line because I just can't face wandering through the plus section and taking clothes into the dressing rooms to look at myself in the unflattering mirrors in the unflattering light. I'm so happy for you. You must be so proud of yourself.
Great vlog and congrats on 80lbs down.I can completely relate about shopping. Now that I can shop in the regular section I often get overwhelmed. It was so much easier when my choices were really limited, but at the same time it's also nice having all of those choices. You look great!
WOO HOO!! 80 lbs!!! Great reasons too
Wow Jen, you are beautiful. Your skin is gorgeous. And those collarbones!I bet shopping will be a lot more fun for you (and all of us!) now, even if you only go once or twice a year. It's nice to have something be a pleasure rather than a chore and a reminder of continued failure (which is how I usually experience clothes shopping).I'm sorry to hear things are so stressful for you, and that you are having some relationship doubts/questions/concerns. I do think that's part of the process, that people end up reevaluating all parts of their lives.Losing a lot of weight is kind of like the end of the Cold War -- it was miserable and people were scared to death of nuclear war, but the focus on the USSR kept the rest of the world stable. As soon as the Cold War was done, all the internal squabbles came to the surface and the New World Order was rocked.
