Sad Day - RIP Maxwell P. Kitty

This morning we lost our family cat - Max. He was 22 years old.... no shit! He was blind, deaf and toothless but he managed pretty well until a couple weeks ago. He was acting strange and sleeping in a different spot in the house. The spot where he died.

I'm sad for my kids.

I'm doing okay with it because it saved me from having to make the decision myself...which was coming.

So, This has nothing to do with my band.... ugh! I keep starting posts but my sleep/work schedule has been messed up and I never finish. Bad blogger, BAD!

Do know, I am reading all your posts and I guess I missed some drama! I see you all put him in his place, eh?

hope to post soon.

  2. Please do let me know when you come up. We might be down your way the last week of August/first of September. We are taking a 10 year anniversary road/biking trip and are planning on a stop in cottage Grove. WE are debating whether we will then head south and find bike trails further south and into California. I will let you know if we decide to do it.

    Sorry about Max :(

  8. I'm so sorry about Max, I totally understand. We lost our Oreo a couple of years ago too.

We didn't even know he was ill, until he started to go downhill. Then we lost him about 3 wks later to Cancer. Unfortunately, we did have to make the decision to put him to sleep. He was only abut 13 yrs old, I am glad that Max had a good, extra long life!
